The 2006 Annual Meeting for June could not be conducted
because there were not enough homeowners present.
The
rescheduled annual meeting was, Wed. Oct. 4th at the new Township Hall.

2. June 8, 2005 Trailwood HOA Election Results
Four candidates were nominated for elections at the annual meeting. Dave Schmitt, a Board Member with a 1 year term expiring in June 2005, and Karen Gorman, a resident, were nominated prior to the Annual Meeting. Nominated from the floor during the meeting were Roy Hart who declined and Yvonne Carl who accepted. The three remaining candidates were elected to the Trailwood Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
3. Marker Installation Status
We are presently awaiting the delivery of brown markers. These markers will be installed on Commons property this summer.
4. Summer Commons Clean-up
Will again involve the Township
dumpster placed in various locations for a weekend or more as necessary. This
will be scheduled later in the summer.
